Yoga

Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice. Implementing a yoga practice into your life can help you to develop flexibility, strength, and balance. It's particularly useful to aid in relaxation, breathing & stress relief.

Classes suit everyone from beginner to the more experienced student.   Linda Douglas (see video below) is a listed internationally recognised Ashtanga Yoga teacher, by AYRI and has studied intensively with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Ragaswamy at the AYRI, Mysore India, since 2003. 

Health

Health may be defined as a ‘state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity’ (WHO, 1946). Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation can aid relaxation and stress relief.

We run classes/workshops/events to improve your health and well-being: Workshop: Stress Awareness & Mindfulness.
