Linda Douglas established Inspiral Centre Ltd in 2010 as a collective project to promote health and well-being.
Linda is an established Yoga Teacher who has been inspired by learned international yoga teachers. She is committed to continuous self-practice and travels to India on a regular basis in order to connect with the source of yoga.

Voluntary work:
Establishing Inspiral Charitable Trust at present. Supports various charities : Saheliya (on Board of Directors), Amnesty International (Active member), VSO (Returned Volunteer and Action Speaker). Past work includes the following projects: Refugee Camp in Belgium, Moldova, Lithuania, Romania, rural China (1994-1999).
