The ethos of the Inspiral Centre is mindfulness and compassion.  The mind, body and spirit may be transformed through a commitment to peace.  This may be attained through; yoga, health, positive life-style choices, meditation...  Knowledge and practice sustain progress, insight and awareness - ‘truth is found through living’ (Krishnamurti) –so live joyfully.

 The adherence to Consistency, Curiosity and Creativity are conceptualized by the notion of the ‘Spiral’s.

 We invite you to discover your ‘Spiral’ and receive Yoga, Health and Lifestyle advice to suit your ‘Spiral’. 

The Inspiral Centre provides Classes, Workshops, Retreats, Events through the medium of Yoga, Tai Chi, Holistic Therapies, Educational courses.

The instructors are experienced, academic and knowledgable in their field of expertise and committed to the ethos of health and well-being.

The Ashtanga Yoga teachers are students of the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India (see profiles) and are able to impart their knowledge from the heart and source of the lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. 

The Tai Chi teachers are experienced and knowledgeable instructors, some with insights from their experiences in China, the birthplace of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. 

Educational and Health practitioners offer advice and courses that reflects their training and commitment to their field of knowledge.
